Everything a first-time buyer needs to know. Avoid rookie mistakes and make your debut haul a smooth success.
Before You Order
Your first haul is exciting, but impulse buying leads to regret. Set a budget before you browse. $150-200 is the sweet spot for a first haul — enough for 3-5 items without excessive risk. Make a wishlist. Prioritize versatile pieces that work together: a pair of sneakers, a hoodie, a T-shirt, and an accessory. Do not blow your entire budget on one statement piece.

Building Your Cart
Add items to your agent's cart one by one. Double-check the color, size, and any special notes (e.g., 'no shoebox' or 'remove tags'). Pay for the items first. The agent will purchase them from the sellers within 24-48 hours. You will receive a notification when items arrive at the agent's warehouse.
QC Review Process
When items arrive at the warehouse, the agent takes QC photos. Review every single photo carefully. Compare to retail references. If you spot a flaw, request an exchange (RL). If everything looks good, approve shipping (GL). Do not rush this step. A 10-minute QC review can save you from receiving a disappointing product.
First-timer rule: If you are unsure about a QC photo, post it in Discord #qc-check before GL. The community will help you decide within minutes.
Shipping Your Haul
Once all items are GL'd, submit for international shipping. Choose a line based on your location and timeline. First-timers should avoid Sea Mail because the 30-60 day wait is demoralizing. Use EMS or DHL Triangle for a 10-20 day delivery. Remove shoeboxes. Add insurance if your haul exceeds $150. Declare a reasonable value ($12-15 per kg).
Receiving and Reviewing
The day your haul arrives is Christmas morning. Unbox carefully, inspect each item immediately, and try everything on. If something does not fit or has a defect you missed in QC, contact your agent within 48 hours. Take photos and write a brief review. Post it in the community — your experience helps the next first-timer.
Frequently Asked Questions
How long does my first haul take from start to finish?
Typically 3-4 weeks: 1 week for items to reach the agent, 3-7 days for QC review, and 10-20 days for international shipping.
Should I order from one seller or multiple?
Multiple is fine — agents consolidate everything. But ordering from 5+ sellers increases the chance of one item being out of stock.
What if my first haul gets seized?
With insurance, you get reimbursed. Without it, you are out of luck. For your first haul, keep it small and insured.
