Size Chart Conversion Made Easy

Ask any rep veteran about their biggest regret, and sizing mistakes dominate the conversation. Chinese manufacturers often use Asian sizing standards, which run 1-2 sizes smaller than US/EU equivalents. A 'Large' T-shirt from a Chinese seller often fits like a US Medium. This guide provides conversion tables, measurement techniques, and agent-specific advice to eliminate the guesswork.

Do not guess. Use a soft measuring tape and measure: Chest (fullest part, under armpits), Shoulders (across the back, seam to seam), Sleeve (from shoulder seam to wrist), Length (from collar to hem), Waist (natural waistline), Inseam (crotch to ankle). Write these numbers down. When shopping, compare them to the seller's size chart, not just the S/M/L label.

Sneaker reps are almost always listed in EU sizes. If you are a US 9, you are an EU 42.5. If you are a US 10, you are an EU 44. Many rep sellers only stock full sizes (no half sizes), so if you are a US 9.5, size up to EU 43. Width matters too — rep Dunks and Jordan 1s tend to run narrow. If you have wide feet, consider going up half a size or choosing a batch known for wider lasts.

Chinese pants sizing is notoriously inconsistent. Some sellers use waist measurements in cm (e.g., 80 = 31-inch waist), while others use arbitrary number codes. Always look for a size chart with specific measurements. For shorts, the inseam is critical — 5-inch inseams are trendy but short; 7-inch is the safe middle ground.
